Meet the Team
 TinaBusiness Manager A little about me… After graduating from Flathead High School, I moved to Seattle and graduated from dental hygiene school in 1993. I practiced dental hygiene until 2005 and loved it. After returning to Montana, I joined Stebbins Orthodontics as the Business Manager in 2007. In my spare time, I enjoy downhill skiing, boating, scrap booking, NASCAR racing, and traveling. My husband, Mark, restores street rods, so I spend my summers going to car shows. Our bulldog, Kieley, makes me laugh every day. At Stebbins Orthodontics… I wear many hats at the office and feel honored to work in such a wonderful, caring environment! I am one of the first people you see when you are starting the journey of getting a healthier smile. During your initial orthodontic evaluation, Dr. Stebbins and I will go over treatment options specialized to your specific needs. I make sure you have all your questions (treatment, financial, insurance) answered. I also keep the business side of the office running smoothly by working with accounts payable and receivable, coordinating special projects, and about anything that needs to be done. I look forward to being a part of your incredible journey!  LynetteDental Hygienist A little about me… I was born here in Kalispell & eventually moved to Florida as a teenager. Heading back to Montana for college, I became a Bobcat at MSU for my first two years. Choosing Dental Hygiene as a career, I traveled to Oregon and graduated with a BS in Dental Hygiene from U. of Oregon Dental School. After several years in Idaho, my husband and I happily returned to Kalispell to raise our three children. I enjoy golfing with my husband, gardening, photography and spending special time at our cabin on the Smith River. Our growing family, especially our two darling granddaughters, fills our lives with such joy. At Stebbins Orthodontics… I was once told I had the "happiest" job. Tuesday is "deband" day at our office and my favorite day of the week. When your appointment is with me, most likely on a Tuesday, it will be my pleasure to unveil your new smile. I remove your braces, take final impressions, xrays and the first photo's of your awesome new smile for Dr. Stebbins. It is always an amazing day to see the changes Dr. Stebbins has made in each person's smile with his expertise in orthodontics. I love working for Dr. Stebbins, my day is always full of laughter, hugs and especially "Smiles." I look forward to meeting each of you on your "special day."  KimberlyScheduling Coordinator A little about me… Raised in the beautiful Flathead Valley since the age of three, I graduated from Flathead High School in 1988. In 1990, I married my husband and we both graduated from the University of Montana in 1993. We have four beautiful children and love our family time as well as participating in their many activities. I love to spend time in my home decorating, cooking, and hosting for family and friends. I enjoy singing, acting, playing piano, running, and watching classic movies. More than anything, I enjoy my family, my friends, and getting to know people. At Stebbins Orthodontics… I may be the first face you see at the front desk. My job is to greet patients and schedule appointments. I am the one who arranges the fun contest events. I am the newest member of Dr. Stebbins’ team and I am so blessed to be working with such an amazing team and in such a positive environment. The office works together beautifully, with genuine concern and care for each patient.  SheilaTreatment/Insurance Coordinator A little about me… I am a native Montanan. My husband and I have two wonderful girls and two crazy dogs. I enjoy traveling, learning new crafts, volunteering at my daughters' schools, and watching and coaching my daughters' sporting events. At Stebbins Orthodontics… You will meet me at your initial consultation, financial conference and scheduling your appointments. I also take care of your insurance billing throughout your orthodontic treatment. I became part of Dr. Stebbins' team in 1997. I am blessed to work with such a wonderful team in a caring and fun office.  KarenScheduling Coordinator/Records Technician A little about me… I was born in Kalispell, but spent my childhood in Seattle. I love the ocean, lakes, and rivers. I'm happy when I'm kayaking or boating. I have an adventurous spirit that loves to travel, but I find my purpose and security in my family and friends. At Stebbins Orthodontics… I'm happy to work with you in different areas of our practice. I work in the front office and lab. It is a privilege to work with our wonderful Dr. Stebbins and a team of extraordinary people.  CharlineLaboratory Technician A little about me… I grew up in Southern California, but always knew my heart was in the mountains. I have two grown sons and two stepsons. I enjoy quilting with my crafty co-worker friends. I also enjoy horseback riding, hiking, and square dancing with my husband, Tom. At Stebbins Orthodontics… I have worked at Stebbins Orthodontics since 1989. I am the Lab Tech. I make custom orthodontic appliances and retainers. I also take digital scans and impressions on patients that are starting treatment with us. I remember what it's like to be a patient, so I explain what I'm going to do, then try to be gentle and quick!  DebbieClinical Assistant/ Laboratory Technician A little about me… I was born and raised in Eastern Montana on a cattle ranch. My family later moved to the Great Northwest where I met my husband and started our family. My favorite things to do are Norwegian knitting, reading, hunting, camping, and fishing the many lakes we have close by. We truly live in the BIG SKY COUNTRY and welcome all who want to come visit us. At Stebbins Orthodontics… I am one of Dr. Stebbins' assistants and lab techs. Since 1991, I have had the privilege to work with Dr. Stebbins. I take new patient digital x-rays, photographs, and study models. I'm also assisting in the clinic with Dr. Stebbins on your awesome new smile while being serenaded by Shawn's wonderful singing.  BetsyClinical Assistant/ Image Coordinator A little about me… I came to Montana in 1985 and started working for Mike in 1987 after growing up in the tiny town of Coulee Dam, Washington. I have lived in Moscow (Idaho not Russia), Spokane, Seattle, and Norway where I met my husband, Knut. I have four fantastic grown kids and one adorable grandson and I like to travel, read, cross-country ski, square dance, and knit, knit, knit! At Stebbins Orthodontics… During my first years working in this amazing office, I worked full-time as a chairside assistant. In recent years, I have taken on more of the imaging duties, creating office brochures, and pretty much anything with photos. Now I spend two days in the clinic and two days at the computer.  NancyClinical Assistant A little about me… My husband and I are originally from Ohio. We were married in 1987 and moved to Montana in 1988. We have four amazing children, 2 boys and 2 girls. As a family we love living in Montana and all the outdoor activities it has to offer. Our home is a busy place with a steady flow of visitors. I love to cook and often end up with extra kids around my kitchen table. I also enjoy reading, watching movies, and listening to all kinds of music. My favorite thing to do is spend time with people, getting to know them and listening to their stories. At Stebbins Orthodontics… You will find me back in the clinic where I am a chairside assistant. I especially like doing the long appointments that give me the opportunity to really get to know our patients. I have been working in the field of orthodontics since 1981. In that time I have worked in four different offices in three states. I became part of the Stebbins team in 1988. I absolutely love what I do and the people I work with. The best part about my job is working in such a positive, fun environment. I love being involved in the process of creating beautiful smiles.  ShawnClinical Assistant A little about me… My family and I moved from the hot state of Georgia to beautiful, cooler Montana in 1995. Some of my favorite things to do are sewing, quilting, reading, amateur photography, hanging out with my friends, and singing! I love taking road trips around this great state, especially to Glacier National Park. At Stebbins Orthodontics… You will always find me hard at work in the clinic, talking with the patients and singing. I joined Stebbins Orthodontics in 1998 and have loved every minute of it. Our team has a lot of fun together, and you can find us laughing and singing any day of the week.  KarlaClinical Assistant A little about me… I was born and raised in Eastern Montana. I have worked in the dental field since 1989. Our family moved to Kalispell in 1998. My husband and I have three great children and two dogs. I enjoy camping, reading, attending the kids' sports, church, and knitting. At Stebbins Orthodontics… I am an assistant in the clinic area. Having been with the office since 2004, I thoroughly enjoy working with Mike and the entire team. Its great watching teeth move into alignment and seeing the smiles become brighter. |
